2007 Marquis 55 LS

     Upon entering the Main Salon, it is apparent that this boat has been professionally decorated.  To starboard are two New, off white leather Natuzzi swivel chairs with a silver cocktail table between them. To port is a New, off White Leather Natuzzi sleeper couch, with a beautiful leather ottoman. The couch will convert to a sleeper and go right over the ottoman, no moving required.  The couch has blue accent pillows.  There is lots of contrast between the high lustered dark wood and the Cream-colored padded wall coverings. To port and forward in the Salon is a Bar/coffee bar area with a Corian countertop. There is a blue multicolored rug on top of the new Aquablock Wood flooring in the Main Salon. Aqua block flooring is a water-resistant flooring material perfect for boats.  Two large windows to port and starboard let in lots of natural lighting. They have blinds for privacy. In addition, there are 10 recessed overhead lights. There is a pop-up TV and a Bose entertainment system. The trac vision antenna which brings in the TV signal is also Brand New.

     A step up from the salon brings you into the Large and open Galley. The large windshield forward along with windows to port and starboard let in lots of natural light. There are also 16 recessed ceiling lights overhead. To port in the galley is U shaped seating area which has high end Upholstered cushions in Ultra leather. There is a Varnished wood table with stainless steel pedestals. This area will seat five. To starboard is overhead cabinetry with 5 cabinets for storage and a Tappan Convection/Microwave oven. The counters in the Galley are Corian with a 3-burner cooktop and under mounted stainless-steel sink. There are two under the counter Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer units. There is a pull-out trash bin and storage cabinets.  Again, the Cream padded wallboards contrasting the Glossy dark wood make the area look very rich and elegant. The flooring is new Aqua block wood flooring.

     Steps lead down from the galley to the stateroom areas. These areas have New off white Fabrica carpeting. The halls and staterooms have padded walls with horizontal satin metal separation bands. All doors and door frames are a contrasting High Luster Dark wood. To port and aft is the Beautiful full beam Master Stateroom. The stateroom has large hull side windows to port and starboard which make it light and open.  The walls of the master also have the Cream padded wall boards with horizontal separation strips. The queen bed is appointed with a custom-made, bedspread and pillows. To starboard and aft is a closet and vanity area with nine drawers. There is another closet to port with a vanity and nine drawers.  There are twenty recessed overhead lights on Vimar dimmers. A LG 24-inch tv is mounted on the front wall of the stateroom and below is a Malber Washer and Dryer behind wooden doors. Forward and to port is an En Suite head for the master. It has beautiful Corina countertops with a undermounted sink with faucet. There is storage below the sink. The flooring is tile and the head itself is a New Raritan Head. The shower is a large walk in with a swinging glass door. This is a very large and accommodating head for this size vessel. The head also has hull side windows letting in natural light.

     The forward stateroom is very spacious, with a Queen bed and overhead skylight/escape hatch. There is also a TV which folds down from the ceiling. There are four overhead cabinets and hanging lockers to port and starboard.  The head and shower room are split in the forward stateroom. To port is the shower room which has a circular shower door. It also has a underlaid sink in a Corian countertop, and mirrored medicine cabinet. There are four storage lockers and storage below the sink.  The head itself is thru another door to starboard which brings you to the head with a vanity. It also had a Corian counter with an underlaid sink, faucet, and a Mirrored medicine cabinet. This head is shared with the Starboard twin stateroom. The head has a wall mount shower head with a drainable floor which can serve as a third shower.

     The starboard twin stateroom is light with the cream-colored padded wall boards and High Gloss dark wood accents. There is a large hull window which lets light into the stateroom, it has pull down pleated shades.  There is a fold down TV and overhead lighting. There is a hanging locker, flooring material is new Fabrica carpeting.

     The flybridge of this 55 Marquis is its own special entertaining area. Having a hardtop, the brand-new enclosure, and air conditioning, makes this an area that can be used under all weather conditions. It increases your overall usable space.  At the helm area are two very nice, upholstered helm chairs. The instruments panel swivels up to reveal the Brand-new Garmin Chart plotter and Radar, Acr remote spotlight controller, side power bow and stern thrusters, raymarine auto pilot, Fusion AV system, and Electro tab trim tabs. It also features a wireless yacht controller so you can dock the boat from anywhere aboard the yacht. The flybridge features a bar console with a stainless sink and faucet.  Below the counter is a New Keynon electric grill, a New Novacool refrigerator, and a New Isotherm refrigerator.  The ceiling has 10 recessed led lighting with selectable colors. There are also stereo speakers mounted in the ceiling. The flooring has the beautiful synthetic teak decking. Forward of the helm area are two nice areas with cushions for laying back and sunning.  In mild weather, two U zippers forward, and three U zippers aft, can be snapped in the up position to enjoy the fresh air. There is a full set of interior texoline covers which attach to the inside of the enclosure to aid in keeping it cool and keeping direct sunlight out.  There is a full cover for the console and helm seats. The rear of the flybridge area has a nice L shaped seating area with brand new high end upholstered cushions. There is a varnished table and two additional chairs.

Three steps up from the aft deck bring you to the walk around deck forward. You have a grabrail on the pilothouse and a handrail on the gunnel making this an easy journey forward. Foredeck has a custom aluminum paddle board mount, blue sun pads, acr spotlight, Maxwell 3500 anchor. The windlass has foot switchs, and a plow anchor with an anchor wash down fitting. There are two anchor chain lockers.

       The Vessel has a very nice aft deck with New Flex deck synthetic teak. There are steps that go from the aft deck to the flybridge, so access is easy. No steep ladders. There is bench seating along the rear of the aft deck with Brand new upholstered cushions and a varnished table. Additionally, there are two teak folding chairs.  A very large and modern curved back door lead from the Aft deck to the Main Salon. This window is tinted with a pull across privacy drape and a screen door. There is overhead LED multicolored lighting over the aft deck and all decking areas. The aft deck also has a Fusion stereo control with overhead speakers, a Globalfix EPIRB, and throwable life ring. A Garmin camera is mounted to the ceiling and faces aft for monitoring on the Navigation screen. To port and starboard are storage lockers.  There are gated exits on both sides of the aft deck leading down to the swim deck. Steps lead down to the Swim platform. It has a submersible section with a cradle for a Sea Doo or dinghy.  There is an updated swim platform lift with a new hydraulic pump, new lifting rams, and all new hydraulic hoses. Two Cablemaster shore cord retractors are accessed from the platform area. Both cable have been recently replaced.

      Forward of the utility area is the full beam, stand up, engine room. This enormous engine room affords easy access to all sides of the engines and all the equipment housed within the engine room. It is super tall, well lit, and fully sound insulated.  It features a Reverso Oil change system for the main engines and generator, ventilation fans, and overhead DC lighting. This area also houses the Brand-New air-conditioning pump, Dry bilge system,  Racor fuel filters, high water level alerts, and dripless shaft packings. The fuel tanks are outboard of the engines. The Volvo D12 800 engines have less than 1000 hours on them. They have New exhaust risers. Volvo has also Just completed a full cleaning and inspection of both engines heat exchangers, and entire cooling system, including the after coolers. Also in the engine room are a Phase 3 Numar 24-volt battery charger, Magnum inverter, Charles 20 amp 12v battery charger, seven battery switches, and circuit board panels. The  21kw Kohler has just undergone service, including new exhaust mixing elbows, New Raw water pump, fresh oil changes, New air filter, belts, clamps, and most of the molded hoses.
