Flybridge

The flybridge of the Just Coz is very spacious, it has an exceptionally sizeable and sturdy hardtop. On the hardtop is a heavy duty, stylish mast.  This accommodates radar and electronics antennas. The mast is hinged to lower the overall height of the vessel. There are nine recessed light fixtures on the ceiling of the hardtop along with a hatch to accommodate easy access for maintenance. Heavy duty oval rails surround the forward leaning windshield at the front of the flybridge. There is a Pompanette bench style helm seat with two flip out footrests facing the large helm console. The helm console features a Garmin 5212 Chart plotter, a Garmin 7612 Chart plotter, Simrad AP50 autopilot, ACR spotlight control, Autohelm speed, rudder, depth, and wind indicators. There is also a bow thruster control, Icom M402 vhf, trim tab controls, and a new 4-inch compass. Aft of the helm seat to port is an L shaped seating area with a table in front, this area will accommodate four people.  To starboard is another L shaped seating area with triangular table and seating to accommodate four more guests. There are covers for all the seating areas. Aft of this seating area is a Console, which holds a grill, a U line icemaker, and a U line refrigerator. Aft and to Starboard is a Brand New 6-person Revere life raft which is strategically mounted for easy access overboard in an emergency. Further aft is a hatch leading down to the aft deck and a fishing/docking console with a bench seat. This control station has sportfish style shift and throttles, a Simrad Jog lever, a new Garmin 7610 chart plotter, depth indicator, rudder and speed indicator, thruster control, and engine start/stop buttons. To port and aft on the bridge is a Heavy-Duty Steel Head Marine Davit with 1800 pound capacity. The davit has a powered telescopic boom, power rotation, and power boom up/down. The davit has just been completely rebuilt and it has a Brand-new control. The davit lifts the Vessels 13-foot Novarania dinghy with a 50 HP Yamaha engine. The dinghy has been completely re tubed in 2018. Surrounding the perimeter of the aft flybridge area heavy duty stainless U rails which are removable for ease of launching water toys.

Pilothouse

     A beautiful teak and holly staircase leads down from the flybridge to the expansive pilot house area. The pilot house is exceptionally large with a full console, it has a decorative varnished teak steering wheel. Forward are three large windows with heavy-duty wipers. There is a Pompanette helm chair mounted to the teak and holly flooring. One great feature of the pilothouse are wing doors to port and starboard. These wing doors aid in visibility while docking and other close quarter maneuvering. The doors also feature pull out screens for added ventilation.  The view aft from the pilot house is good and allows dockage from the lower station.  Aft of the helm to port is an elevated L shaped seating area with seating capacity of four, it has a pedestal mounted teak table.  Below the seating area are several large storage drawers. Overhead are ten recessed lights. Other features include a wired ZF vessel remote control, Simrad RS86 VHF radio, Simrad AP50 Autopilot, Raymarine ST60 wind/speed/depth/rudder indicators, full gauges for MAN engines, Icom MC5.2 VHF radio, Garmin 7612 Chart plotter, Garmin 5212 Chart plotter, and Raymarine RN300 GPS. On the starboard wall of the pilothouse are generator controls with full gauges, a Hart liquid level monitor, and a tank tender waste level monitor.

Galley

     Two steps down from the pilothouse is the tremendous Galley. To port in the galley is a large L shaped Granite countertop with an inlaid 4 burner Thermador cooktop. There is a large recessed stainless-steel sink with faucet and a New disposal. Under the counter is a Brand-New Scotsman icemaker, Brand New Bosch dishwasher, and a Large Thermador oven. To starboard in the galley is another black granite counter which features a coffee and snack center.  Beneath it are two Brand New Isotherm refrigerator/freezer and a New Avanti Refrigerator. There is also a Sharp microwave oven. The galley has extensive drawers and cabinets for all your galley needs. There are ten Led recessed overhead lights and a decorative black granite floor.

Salon

     The full beam width main salon has Fantastic views of the waterway with its large windows to port and starboard. The windows have electric drop down shades for privacy. The aft door of the Salon is also a full beam 4 panel door made of glass and a highly polished stainless border. This gives you a great view astern, additionally there is a screen which pulls out to cover the open doors when it is cool outside. The Salon is Cherry wood, there are custom valances which also serve as air vents for the two Brand New Air handlers serving this area. There are 12 LED recessed lights in the Salon and Brand-New Carpeting with Newly upholstered Couch on the way. This is a large L shaped couch to port with a teak table/cabinet in front. To starboard is a cabinet which houses the 46-inch Pop up TV, Wine cooler, entertainments center, and additional storage.      

Forward/Mid Staterooms

     Teak and Holly steps lead from the Pilothouse to three Beautiful Staterooms.  First, the Forward V berth Stateroom. It has a queen bed with Good access to 3 sides for ease of bed making. Walls are beautiful Cherry wood with a 30’’ TV mounted on the aft wall. There are a total of seven storage drawers and hanging lockers on port and starboard sides of the room. There are six overhead recessed LED light fixtures. Additionally, two portholes and an overhead hatch let in lots of natural lighting. Aft and to starboard of the V berth is a Spacious bathroom which services the V berth and twin stateroom. It has a huge shower with a bench seat and a frameless glass door. The vanity is Verde Granite with a dazzling foil metallic sink. There are three storage compartments below the vanity. There are two mirrored medicine cabinets, a mirrored ceiling with three LED lights and a porthole for Natural light. The Mid stateroom is to port and features two single beds. It has a hanging locker with drawers under the beds. A Sharp LED TV is mounted to the wall. Led overhead lights and a porthole illuminate the room. The hallway leading aft to the Huge master also houses the Ships washer and dryer.

Master Stateroom

     The Stylish Master Stateroom is full beam done in beautiful Cheery wood. The Queen bed is to port and runs Athwartship, it is accessible from three sides. Aft of the bed are two portholes with oriental style doors which slide to block the portholes for privacy. Five storage drawers are housed under the bed. Forward of the bed are two nice size hanging closets. To starboard in the master is a circular sitting area and storage vanity with six drawers. Additionally, there are more portholes with the sliding oriental doors.  Aft of the stateroom in the in suite, full beam, master head. It has a huge walk-in granite and tile shower with a rain shower and additional shower heads. The shower door is a frameless glass door with partition. There is a black granite Counter with a Stunning Gold metallic sink. Floor material is also black granite. The ceiling is mirrored with recessed LED lights.

Aft Deck

     A favorite spot for everyone is the Yachts Aft deck area. It has a full hard overhang providing protection from the sun and weather making this a very usable and enjoyable area.  The overhang also features an electrically operated drop-down fishing rod storage compartment, and overhead LED lighting. The perimeter of the aft deck is bordered with a gorgeous, newly varnished teak cap rail. On top of the cap rail are very heavy oval stainless rails. The aft deck has a teak deck. On the port side is a L shaped seating area which will accommodate 4 people. There is a varnished teak table with stainless pedestals in front of the seating area. There is also a built-in varnished table in between the L shaped seating area and another sitting area. The aft deck has a boarding gate to both port and starboard so dockage on either side is easy. The heavy rail along the rear of the aft deck has five rod holders. There is a teak ladder with stainless rails which lead up to the top deck.  A gate to Starboard leads down to the versatile cockpit area. There is a texoline sun screen for the rear part of the aft deck and covers for all the cushions.

Cockpit

     This cockpit area has great opportunities for fishing, watersports, or just hanging out in the sun. The teak deck has a mount for a fighting chair. If you really want to do some serious fishing, this area is set up. The transom has a baitwell built in and there are two chilled compartments below the deck to store your catch. There is a freshly varnished teak cap rail around the entire cockpit. The forward wall of the cockpit has some storage lockers/cabinets. There is a cable master outlet for the 100amp shore cord, with a faucet and sink. There is a cockpit cover for the rear of the Cockpit.  Aft of the cockpit is a swim platform with teak decking and two built in cleats for dinghy docking. A door to center leads into the Crew/Engine Room Area.

Equiptment/Crew Area

     Forward of the Cockpit is the area which houses the Vessels two Kilo Pack generators. There is a 32KW Kilo pack with 4583 hours and a 12 KW Kilo Pack with 111 hours. This area also houses the Victron battery chargers, Victron Inverter, and batteries which were replaced in 2020. Compressors for the two cockpit fish boxes are also in this equipment area.  Just forward is the Crew room. It has a private head, and also a stainless counter with built in sink. There is also a Crew galley featuring a stainless counter with sink, Microwave oven, U line icemaker, and U line refrigerator. To starboard is the crew bed with 15’’ TV. There is a large escape hatch over the bed which exits onto the aft deck.

Engine Room

     A heavy-duty watertight door leads from the Crew area to the Stand-up engine room. Overhead grab rails to port and starboard aid in stability while doing your engine room checks while underway. The floors have aluminum diamond plate panels with non-slip dry deck material on top. Fuel tanks are outboard and Engine access is Very good. The 1050 HP Man engines have 3085 hours. Both engines are equipped with PTO pumps for Hydraulic Bow thruster and Stabilizer function. This enables use of both units with either engine or both. Large triple Racor fuel filters for each engine. Forward and to port are the two New Cruisair Marine Chillers. The area also houses the Oil Change system, Aqua Whisper water maker, Micro Commander controls, and fire suppression system.

Forward Deck

     The beautiful Newly varnished cap rail runs all the way forward. There is a usable walkway with grab rail going from the aft deck to the forward deck area. The forward deck of the boat has a Muir windlass with a Stainless Steel Anchor, ACR electric spotlight, and texoline windshield cover. There is also a cable master for the 100 amp shore cord for bow in applications and a plug for the ZF wired remote control. All windows are direct bonded and frameless. Additionally, there are Blue LED accent lights.
